May the Japanese not fish their waters so they have no more fish left. That is what is happening? Some govt official has benefitted and allowed the Japanese to have fishing rights till 2014... I hope is 2014 someone will not sign and allow more commercial fishing by another nation. Urgh!! Sorry just having my rave!
